PGA Senior Golf Prize Money Up for Grabs at the 2019 SAS Championship

The 2019 SAS Championship golf tournament for senior players on the PGA Tour Champions senior tour is taking place this week from October 11-13, 2018, at the Prestonwood Country Club located in Cary, North Carolina. Here is a list of the prize money up for grabs for the senior PGA golfers to win this week at the 2019 SAS Championship.



The SAS Championship dates back to 2001. Bruce Lietzke holds the record for most wins with two. Bernhard Langer is the defending champion.

Total prize money up for grabs at the 2019 SAS Championship is $2.1 million. That's the same amount of prize money that was up for grabs here last year.

  • Winner - $315,000

The winner of the 2019 SAS Championship senior golf tournament will earn $315,000. That's the same amount of prize money earned by Bernhard Langer when he won this senior tour event last year.


  • Second place - $184,800


  • Third place - $151,200


  • Fourth place - $126,000


  • Fifth place - $100,800
