ATP Tennis Prize Money Up for Grabs at the 2019 Laver Cup

The 2019 Laver Cup tennis tournament for men players on the ATP circuit is taking place this week from September 20-22, 2019, on the indoor hard courts at the Palexpo arena located in Geneva, Switzerland. Here is a list of the prize money up for grabs for the men tennis players at the 2019 Laver Cup.



The Laver Cup is a three-day tournament featuring an all-star team from European taking on an all-star team of players from the rest of the world. This event was played as an exhibition for the first two years in 2017 and 2018, but in 2019 it is an official ATP Tour event. Here are the participating players in 2019.


European Players

World Players


  • John Isner 



  • Milos Raonic



  • Nick Kyrgios

ATP Tennis Prize Money Up for Grabs at the 2019 Laver Cup


  • Winning Team - $250,000 for each player

Each player on the winning team will receive at least $250,000. See below for participation fees that each player on the winning team will also receive.


  • Losing Team - $125,000

It's believed that the players on the losing team will each receive at least $125,000. See below for participation fees that each player on the winning team will also receive.


Participation Fees

In addition to the money lasted above, players will also receive participation fees that are based upon their current ATP world rankings. Supposedly, Rafael Nadal received $2 million for playing in this event last year. That would be the top money for the highest ranked player and the scale would go down from there.
