PGA Senior Golf Prize Money Up for Grabs at the 2018 Shaw Charity Classic

The 2018 Shaw Charity Classic golf tournament on the PGA Tour Champions is taking place this week from August 31 to September 2, 2018, at the Canyon Meadows Golf and Country Club located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Here is a list of the prize money up for grabs for the senior PGA golfers to win this week at the 2018 Shaw Charity Classic.



The Shaw Charity Classic dates back to 2013. Rocco Mediate was the inaugural winner followed by Fred Couples in 2014, Jeff Maggert in 2015, Carlos Franco in 2016 and Scott McCarron in 2017.

Total prize money up for grabs at the 2018 Shaw Charity Classic is $2.35 million. That's the same amount of prize money that was up for grabs here last year.

  • Winner - $315,000

The winner of the 2018 Shaw Charity Classic senior golf tournament will earn $315,000. That's the same amount of prize money that Scott McCarron earned when he won this senior event last year.


  • Second place - $286,000


  • Third place - $169,200


  • Fourth place - $139,825


  • Fifth place - $111,625
