See NBA Minimum Salaries for the 2018 Season

Here are the minimum salaries for NBA players for the 2018 season. The 2018 NBA season began in October of 2017 and will end in June of 2018. The salaries below are outlined in the CBA or Collective Bargaining Agreement between the NBA owners and the NBA players.

There are 11 different minimum salaries set for NBA players for the 2018 season. The different salaries are based entirely upon years of service. As you can see below, the lowest minimum salary a NBA player can make in 2018 is $814,615 and that is for rookie players or any player with zero NBA experience.

For each year of service in the NBA the minimum salary goes up as shown below until 10 years is reached. After 10 years of service the minimum salary stops going up.

What counts as a year of service? If a player plays just one day in the NBA in any given year that counts as a year of service.
