PGA Golf Prize Money Up for Grabs at the 2017 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open

The 2017 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open golf tournament on the PGA Tour is taking place this week from November 2-5, 2017, at the TPC Summerlin golf course located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Here is a list of the prize money up for grabs this week for the PGA golfers at the 2017 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.   



The Shriners Hospitals for Children Open dates back to 1983. Jim Furyk holds the record for most wins with three (1995, 1998, 1999). Tiger Woods won this event in 1996 beating Davis Love III in a playoff and it was his first ever PGA Tour win.

Total prize money up for grabs at the 2017 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open is $6.8 million. That's up 3% over the $6.6 million in prize money that was up for grabs in this PGA Tour event last year.

  • Winner - $1.224 million

The winner of the 2017 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open will earn $1.224 million. That's up 3% over the $1.188 million that Rod Pampling earned when he won this event last year.


  • Second place - $734,400


  • Third place - $462,400


  • Fourth place - $326,400


  • Fifth place - $272,000
