WTA Tennis Prize Money Up for Grabs at the 2017 Japan Women's Open

The 2017 Japan Women's Open tennis tournament for women players on the WTA circuit is taking place this week from September 11-17, 2017, on the outdoor hard courts at the Ariake Coliseum located in Tokyo, Japan. Here is a list of the prize money up for grabs for the women tennis players at the 2017 Japan Women's Open.



The 2017 Japan Women's Open is a International event on the WTA circuit which means it has a prize money fund of at least $250,000. Actual prize money at the 2017 Japan Women's Open is $250,000.  

All prize money below is in American dollars. The prize money is not cumulative, players only earn the amounts shown for the last round they advance to. 

The highest ranked women playing in the 2017 Japan Women's Open are Kristina Mladenovic, Zhang Shuai, Elise Mertens and Kristyna Pliskova.
