PGA Senior Golf Prize Money Up for Grabs 2017 American Family Insurance Championship

The 2017 American Family Insurance Championship golf tournament on the PGA Tour Champions is taking place this week from June 23-25, 2017, at the University Ridge Golf Course located in Madison, Wisconsin. Here is a list of the prize money up for grabs for the senior PGA golfers to win this week at the 2017 American Family Insurance Championship.



The American Family Insurance Championship senior golf tournament debuted last year with Kirk Triplett as the inaugural winner. Wisconsin native Steve Stricker is the player-host of the American Family Insurance Championship which is played on the public golf course that is home to the University of Wisconsin's men and women's golf teams.

Total prize money up for grabs at the 2017 American Family Insurance Championship is $2 million. That's the same amount of prize money that was up for grabs here last year.

  • Winner - $300,000

The winner of the 2017 American Family Insurance Championship senior golf tournament will earn $300,000. That's the same amount of prize money that Kirk Triplett earned when he won this senior golf tournament last year.


  • Second place - $176,000


  • Third place - $144,000


  • Fourth place - $120,000


  • Fifth place - $98,000
