PGA Golf Prize Money Up for Grabs at the 2017 Wells Fargo Championship

The 2017 Wells Fargo Championship golf tournament on the PGA Tour is taking place this week from May 4-7, 2017, at the Eagle Point Golf Club located in Wilmington, North Carolina. Here is a list of the prize money up for grabs for the PGA golfers at the 2017 Wells Fargo Championship.

The Wells Fargo Championship dates back to 2003. Rory McIlroy holds the record for most wins with two (2010, 2015). Tiger Woods won this event in 2007. Rickie Fowler got one of his four wins on tour here in 2012.

Total prize money up for grabs at the 2017 Wells Fargo Championship is $7.5 million. That's up 2.7% over the $7.3 million in prize money that was up for grabs in this PGA golf tournament last year.
