PGA Golf Prize Money Up for Grabs at 2016 WinCo Foods Portland Open on Web.com Tour

The 2016 WinCo Foods Portland Open golf tournament on the Web.com development tour for the PGA Tour is taking place this week from August 25-28, 2016, at the Witch Hollow golf course at the Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club located in the Portland northwest suburb of North Plains, Oregon. Here is a list of the prize money up for grabs for the Web.com players at the 2016 WinCo Foods Portland Open.



The WinCo Foods Portland Open golf tournament on the Web.com Tour dates back to 2014. The inaugural winner in 2014 was Carlos Ortiz from Mexico. American Dicky Pride, who has one win and earnings of $5.6 million on the PGA Tour, won this Web.com Tour event last year.

Total prize money up for grabs at the 2016 WinCo Foods Portland Open is $800,000.  That is the same amount of prize money that was up for grabs last year. Any player who wins three times on the Web.com Tour automatically earns their PGA Tour card.

  • Winner - $144,000

The winner of the 2016 WinCo Foods Portland Open will earn $144,000. That is the same amount of prize money that Dicky Pride earned when he won this tournament last year.

  • Second place - $86,400

Second place is worth $86,400 at the 2016 WinCo Foods Portland Open. That is the same amount of prize money earned by Tim Herron when he finished alone in 2nd place in this tournament last year.

  • Third place - $54,400

Third place at the 2016 WinCo Foods Portland Open golf tournament on the Web.com Tour is worth $54,400. The same amount of prize money earned by Tommy Gainey when he finished alone in 3rd place here last year.

  • Fourth place - $38,400
