PGA Golf Prize Money Up for Grabs at 2016 Ellie Mae Classic on Web.com Tour

The 2016 Ellie Mae Classic golf tournament on the Web.com development tour for the PGA Tour is taking place this week from July 28-31, 2016, at the TPC Stonebrae private golf club located in Hayward, California along San Francisco Bay. Here is a list of the prize money up for grabs for the Web.com players at the 2016 Ellie Mae Classic.

The Ellie Mae Classic on the Web.com Tour dates back to 2009. Tony Finau, who won the 2016 Puerto Rico Open on the PGA Tour and tied for 18th place at the 2016 British Open, won this Web.com Tour event in 2014.

Total prize money up for grabs at the 2016 Ellie Mae Classic is $600,000.  The same amount of prize money as last year. Any player who wins three times on the Web.com Tour automatically gets their PGA Tour card.

  • Winner - $108,000

The winner of the 2016 Ellie Mae Classic will earn $108,000. That is the same amount of prize money that Si Woo Kim earned when he won this Web.com Tour tournament last year. 

  • Second place - $64,800

Second place is worth $64,800 at the 2016 Ellie Mae Classic. Jamie Lovemark and Wes Roach split $105,600 with each player earning $52,800 when they tied for second place in this tournament last year. 

  • Third place - $40,800

Third place at the 2016 Ellie Mae Classic golf tournament on the Web.com Tour is worth $40,800. 

  • Fourth place - $28,800

Fourth place is worth $28,800 at the 2016 Ellie Mae Classic golf tournament on the Web.com PGA development tour.
